Jane Curry is available for in-person and online private instruction (through Zoom).

 

Jane is comfortable in a range of teaching contexts from tertiary performance students, secondary school students and adult learners through to coaching young professionals.  Key areas of teaching include classical guitar technique and stylistic interpretation, exam preparation and chamber music coaching (guitar duo, trio, quartet and in combination with other instruments).

Many of Jane’s students have continued with postgraduate study at internationally recognised music programmes including the Eastman School of Music (Rochester NY), Universität der Künste (Berlin, Germany), the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Adelaide University SOM, and the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music.
